Two years later, then-owner Bill Gall decided to retire and sell the business to Glover. Once located on Belmont Road in Downers Grove, Skuddlebutts moved to its current Ogden Avenue storefront four years ago after the property was purchased through eminent domain as part of a plan to build an underpass. “We are just trying to continue what we are doing in Downers Grove,” he said.
